STUDIO MANAGER
HOW YOU FIT IN:
As our Studio Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps the engine running, making sure our creative, production and operational worlds connect seamlessly.
You bring order and clarity to the day-to-day, from resourcing projects and managing our network of collaborators and freelancers to keeping our spaces organised and ready for action.
You’re the one who anticipates needs before they become problems, smooths out bottlenecks, and makes sure the team has what they need to do their best work.
You’ll sit at the centre of it all, working closely with producers, creatives and the wider team to keep projects flowing smoothly.
You’ll make sure our studio environment—both physical and digital—feels inspiring, efficient and production-ready at all times.
While you may not be producing events yourself, your role is essential to their success.
You’re the steady hand behind the scenes, creating the structure that allows big ideas and bold execution to shine.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re highly organised, detail driven and thrive when juggling multiple priorities at once.
Communication is second nature to you—you know how to keep people aligned, connected and focused, even when deadlines are tight.
You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments and bring a calm, solution-focused mindset when things shift or change.
Digital tools are part of your toolkit, you use them to keep things running smoothly.
You’ve spent time in creative, design or event production industries and have built a strong network of freelancers and collaborators you trust.
You understand the commercial side too, with a practical handle on rates, negotiations and budgets.
Above all, you’re passionate about supporting creative work and the people behind it, and you get real satisfaction out of helping big ideas come to life.
