PRODUCTION MANAGER
INTRODUCTION:
Based in our Sydney office, the Production Manager plays a key role in overseeing the operational, technical, and logistical aspects of our events.
You’ll work closely with our creative department, production department and supplier network to deliver high-end, seamless event experiences, bringing innovative problem-solving and precision to every detail.

Based in our Sydney HQ, you’ll be across the detail, from budgets and CAD drawings to supplier negotiations and on-site delivery, ensuring every moving part works in harmony.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our creative and production teams, making the complex simple and the impossible possible.
Whether it’s managing technical requirements, wrangling suppliers, or steering the logistics of large-scale builds, you’ll be the one ensuring every element is delivered seamlessly. You’re confident in client meetings, clear in your communication, and trusted by your team to lead with calm authority.

DESIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:
You have proven experience in production management, across public spaces, large-scale builds and luxury events.
You are confident in the Apple environment and Office365 suite.
You know Vectorworks inside out and can turn ideas into clear drawings.
You understand modern audio, lighting and vision production systems.
You are highly organised and can manage many projects and deadlines under pressure.
You communicate clearly and lead teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders with ease.
You bring a creative mindset that balances big ideas with technical know-how.
You deliver events that are seamless, striking and unforgettable.

HOURS OF WORK: 0900am-1730pm with additional hours if and where required.
LOCATION : Rizer Headquarters - Disney Studios, Moore Park, Sydney
TRAVEL : Occasional travel between Sydney and Brisbane, and travel to projects where required
